One phone call was all it took for this amazing team of people and great friends to bring many hearts together for a great cause. After the date and location were set, it was time to get to business. With mutual help, they were able to create an event that more than anything, was a life lesson for many people. The get together was a celebration of life; it was meant to raise funds to help a dear friend, a truly bust of sunshine that I had the pleasure to meet- and it was a huge success. I've met many people  in my life but there are only a few who have caused me this amazing impression of truly passion for life and pure joy, even when times are difficult.

The team included professionals in different areas who donated their time and work to doll the attendants up and support this cause. There were also volunteers who participated in the organization and during the party to make sure everyone had a good time and supported the cause. Silent auctions and great giveaways were also part of the fun evening with friends!

Helping one another is the fuel that moves this online community that was created by Rafaela Rangel and that has now over 1.000 members in NYC (all women  and all Brazilian) and growing in different countries !
